Where are we likely to visit?
Our normal cruising ground is Chichester to Poole but if weather permits we may go to France so don’t forget to bring your passport.
How long will the course run each day?
We normally start around 08.30 – 09.00 and finish around 18.00 each day, but we try to include some night sailing on our courses so the finishing time can vary depending on the time of year.
What do I need to take with me?

Do I need any specialist equipment?
We provide all safety equipment so check out our kit list page for more details on what to bring.
Will I be sharing a cabin?
You may have to share a cabin but everyone will have their own bunk.
What type of boat will we be sailing on?
You will be living and sailing aboard Rho our Sigma 38; click for more details on our boat.
Where are you based?
We run our practical courses from the Hamble on the South Coast. Our theory and other shore based courses are run from London.

Do I need any prior knowledge and skills?
Depending on which course you are interested in will depend on the the level of experience needed. We do cater from complete novice to experienced sailors.
