Equinox Coastal Race Series 2016

The Equinox Coastal Race Series consists of 4 JOG (Junior Offshore Group) races and the ever popular Round the Island Race.  3 of the races are cross-Channel visiting popular cruising areas and allowing time to explore before cruising back.

The Series is suitable for inshore racers looking to experience offshore racing or cruisers looking to experience racing for the first time.
Crew of all levels will benefit from longer passages, experiencing a watch system and practicing sailing skills.
Skippers can benefit from more challenging sailing, helming experience and race preparation and navigation.

JOG runs a full programme every season grouped into an ‘inshore’ and ‘offshore’ Series. Competitors enjoy a high standard of racing and a similarly high level of camaraderie at the parties which take place at the end of almost every race in the host port – just one of the many things that gives JOG a very special personality as a club.
